Below are the steps to register for the Ravan Dahan and Diwali Mela event:

Here are instructions for event registration fees:
1. Registration fees apply only to Adults and Children aged 15 and above.
2. Please ensure that you provide your valid email address during registration payment.
3. The number of adult participants will be determined based on the total registration fee paid.
4. Upon successful registration payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the adult entry (within 2-3 days).
5. Children below the age of 15 are entitled to complimentary entry to the event.
The tickets are non-refundable. Most of the funds collected from registrations are dedicated to procuring materials, services, and other arrangements for the Ravan Dahan event. Our primary objective is to offer a remarkable cultural experience to our children living far from their homeland, India.
Thank you for your interest in our Dussehra celebration! The nominal fee we charge is primarily to cover the basic costs associated with organizing the event, such as materials for the Ravana effigy, venue arrangements, Fireworks, Taxes and other logistics.
However, what we are truly offering is a cultural experience for our children and the community here in Stockholm—a chance for the young ones to learn about our traditions, understand our stories, and feel connected to our roots, even though we are far from home. It is about creating memories, fostering a sense of belonging, and passing on our cultural heritage to the next generation.
We believe this experience is invaluable, and we hope you and your family will join us to celebrate together!
Thank you for your question and for being a part of our community! This year, we are organizing the event independently, as our friends and senior gurus (guides) from ISKCON are traveling and unable to join us. Without their support, we needed to arrange a new venue, which added to our costs. Additionally, we had to consider taxes this time—something we missed previously, given that we are not event professionals, just a group of passionate individuals trying to bring a piece of our culture to Stockholm.
Despite these challenges, we have done our best to keep the ticket prices as nominal as possible. To ensure the spirit of the celebration remains intact, we have decided to offer free entry for all children, as our main intention is to provide them with a cherished cultural experience that they can carry with them for a lifetime—just as many of us fondly remember attending Dussehra celebrations with our parents back in India. We hope to recreate those joyous memories for the young ones here and make them feel connected to their roots.

We’re delighted to inform you that children under the age of 15 are granted free entry to the event. The ticket pricing primarily applies to guardians accompanying children. Our main objective is to introduce our rich culture to the younger generation, and your ticket purchase will ensure that your children (aged below 15) can fully participate in the event.
The ticket proceeds play a vital role in managing the necessary resources and materials required for the event. Your support in this manner greatly contributes to the overall success of the event.

Yes, We have ample parking space, which will be allocated based on first come first serve.
Yes, We have multiple Indian food/snacks/sweets stalls and a food truck to serve Indian food.
Main event (Ravan Dahan) is outdoor event. Stalls and food stalls will be outdoors.

There is no specific dress code for the event. But Indian dress looks good on Indian festivals. You should feel comfortable & warm based on the weather conditions and Holi activities.
