Below are the steps to register for the Ravan Dahan and Diwali Mela event:

1. Registering with DesiSangam is a breeze! Simply choose your preferred method: a pop-up, footer, or sidebar subscription option.
2. Enter your email address and complete the subscription process.
3. Confirm the email (in your email inbox).
4. Please note that confirmation emails for the event will be sent exclusively to our subscribed members.
5. Join our WhatsApp group (DesiSangam Community)for latest updates 

Here are instructions for event registration fees:

1. Registration fees apply only to Adults and Children aged 15 and above.
2. Please ensure that you provide your valid email address during registration payment.
3. The number of adult participants will be determined based on the total registration fee paid.
4. Upon successful registration payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the adult entry (within 2-3 days).
5. Children below the age of 15 are entitled to complimentary entry to the event.

The tickets are non-refundable. Most of the funds collected from registrations are dedicated to procuring materials, services, and other arrangements for the Ravan Dahan event. Our primary objective is to offer a remarkable cultural experience to our children living far from their homeland, India.

We’re delighted to inform you that children under the age of 15 are granted free entry to the event. The ticket pricing primarily applies to guardians accompanying children. Our main objective is to introduce our rich culture to the younger generation, and your ticket purchase will ensure that your children (aged below 15) can fully participate in the event.

The ticket proceeds play a vital role in managing the necessary resources and materials required for the event, as well as in providing complimentary Prasadam at the temple. Your support in this manner greatly contributes to the overall success of the event.

Our ultimate goal is to create a cultural experience that combines joy and valuable learning for our children. We eagerly anticipate the sight of your kids enjoying the Ravan Dahan event, as this reflects the accomplishment of our mission to provide them with a culturally enriching and joyful experience.

We are working with the cab services to provide commutation from the nearest station. Cab service provider’s information will be published after the registration for cab service.

Yes, We have ample parking space, which will be allocated based on first come first serve.

Yes, We have multiple Indian food/snacks/sweets stalls and a food truck to serve Indian food.

Main event (Ravan Dahan) is outdoor event. Prayers, Puja and Prasadam will be offered inside. Diwali mela stalls and food stalls will be outdoors. 

We have lots of fun activities arranged for kids. Kids games, Bull Cart rides, Cow feeding, and indoor playroom from small kids looked after by female volunteers.

There is no specific dress code for the event. But Indian dress looks good on Indian festivals. You should feel comfortable & warm based on the weather conditions and Holi activities.
